In this issue of ARRL Spectrum Defense Matters, ARRL Chief Executive Officer David Sumner, K1ZZ, and ARRL Chief Technology Officer Brennan Price, N4QX, report on the many exciting events that occurred at the February 2012 World Radiocommunication Conference in Geneva.  ARRL staff and volunteers were exceedingly involved in all aspects of WRC, working vigorously on behalf of Amateur Radio and hams on all levels.
